Life is a journey...

Remember that life is temporary to waste it and not living it to the fullest.  Life is a one way journey. Don’t walk through life towards death without even enjoying it because we are too busy with working with wrong priorities.

Dan penyebab lelah/penat itu?
Untuk siapa dia berpenat lelah
Tak lain adalah
KITA…..

Suami yang bekerja keras mencari nafkah,
isteri yang bekerja keras mengurus dan
mendidik anak, juga rumah.
Kakak, adik, anak, dan sahabat yang
telah menemani hari-hari suka dan duka
bersama kita.
Resapilah kenangan-kenangan manis dan
pahit yang pernah terjadi dengan
menatap wajah-wajah mereka.
Rasakanlah betapa kebahagiaan dan
rasa terharu seketika menerpa jika
mengingat itu semua.
Bayangkanlah apa yang akan terjadi jika
esok mereka "orang-orang yang dikasih itu"
tidak lagi membuka matanya,
untuk selamanya … "

Kewajipan Wanita Menutup Aurat...

Firman Allah Taala:
Hai Nabi, katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mukmin: "Hendaklah mereka berjilbab (bertudung dan berpakaian labuh) menutupi tubuh mereka." Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak di ganggu. Dan Allah adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (33:59)

Berdasarkan ayat di atas, ALLAH telah jelas menyatakan perihal mengapa wanita wajib berjilbab (bertudung dan berpakaian labuh yang menutupi tubuh mereka dengan sempurna).

Berikut saya point-kan beberapa hikmah menutup aurat (bagi wanita) berdasarkan ayat di atas secara ringkas:

1. Sebagai lambang bahawa mereka adalah wanita yang beriman dan bertaqwa.
Wanita yang sentiasa beriman dan taat, pasti akan sentiasa mengikuti apa sahaja yang diperintahkan oleh ALLAH dan Rasul-NYA dan meninggalkan sebarang perkara yang dilarang di dalam agamanya (Islam). Berbeza dengan mereka yang tidak beriman (tanpa mengira lelaki mahupun wanita), mereka amat engkar dengan perintah ALLAH dan Rasulullah. Pendek kata, ada sahaja alasannya untuk menolak ketetapan ALLAH. Maka, renungilah ayat berikut:


“Orang-orang munafik laki-laki dan perempuan sebahagian dengan sebahagian yang lain adalah sama, mereka menyuruh membuat yang mungkar dan melarang berbuat yang ma'ruf dan mereka menggenggamkan tangannya (kikir). Mereka telah lupa kepada Allah, maka Allah melupakan mereka. Sesungguhnya orang-orang munafik itu adalah orang-orang yang fasik.” (09:67)

2. Berupaya mengelakkan gangguan daripada golongan yang berhati jahat. “…karena itu mereka tidak di ganggu”….
Bagi point yang kedua ini, saya ingin membawakan satu perumpamaan. Andainya kita seorang lelaki dihidangkan dengan satu ‘show’ yang menayangkan wanita dengan keadaan yang amat menghairahkan (seksi), sudah tentu nafsu syahwat si lelaki akan terangsang sekaligus mencetuskan satu niat yang jahat untuk ‘mendapatkan’ wanita yang dilihatnya itu atau pun wanita lain yang seumpamanya bagi tujuan nafsunya. Tapi, berbeza pula jika kita sebagai lelaki diperlihatkan dengan wanita-wanita solehah yang sentiasa menjaga adabnya sebagai seorang muslimah yang mana lengkap berjilbab. Pasti sejuk mata memandang lalu mampu mendetikkan rasa keinsafan (malu) dalam diri si lelaki. Begitulah hakikatnya peranan jilbab mampu mencegah hati-hati manusia yang berniat jahat.

Dalam ayat yang lain, ALLAH menyatakan perihal yang sama tetapi memfokus kepada suara wanita, “Janganlah perempuan-perempuan itu terlalu lunak dalam berbicara sehingga berkeinginan (menghairahkan) orang yang ada perasaan dalam hatinya (berhati jahat). (33:32)

3. Membezakan sama-ada wanita itu muslim atau non-muslim. “…supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal…”.
Sebagai seorang wanita muslim, sewajibnya mereka menutup aurat dan bertudung. Yang dengan itu, sekaligus membezakan mereka dengan gaya orang yang bukan muslim. Dan berdasarkan Tafseer Ibn Katheer, jilbab membezakan di antara wanita hamba dengan wanita yang merdeka di mana orang yang merdeka wajib bertudung. Manakala dalam tafsiran yang lain, dinyatakan bahawa pemakaian tudung dan penutupan aurat melambangkan dia adalah wanita yang bertamadun kerana tahu menjaga kehormatannya.

4. Jilbab (menutup aurat) mampu menghalang pelbagai penyakit kulit.
Menurut kajian saintifik terkini membuktikan bahawa kulit wanita adalah lebih sensitif berbanding kulit lelaki. Maka oleh kerana itulah, kulit wanita memerlukan sistem penjagaan yang lebih rapi dan baik berbanding kulit lelaki. Dengan keadaan zaman sekarang ini yang mana, persekitaran kita begitu berbahaya dengan pelbagai jenis pencemaran yang melanda. Saya ambil beberapa contoh pencemaran yang boleh memberi kesan berbahaya kepada kulit. Pencemaran udara, yang mana udara kita dipenuhi dengan pelbagai jenis asap dan debu (dangerous particles). Pencemaran cahaya dan radioaktif. Pencemaran cahaya adalah berpunca daripada penipisan lapisan ozon (light filteration) yang semakin ketara, yang mana pelbagai sinar matahari yang berbahaya dengan mudah terlepas ke permukaan bumi akibat gagal ditapis oleh ozon. Maka, apa alternatifnya yang terbaik untuk mengawal semua jenis pencemaran ini? Tentu sekali pakaian yang baik yang mana mampu menutupi semua bahagian badan kita yang sensitif. Maka dengan itu, sekaligus menunjukkan hikmah wanita diwajibkan memakai jilbab (menutup aurat). Ianya sungguh relevan sekali dengan suasana masa kini yang begitu berbahaya kepada organ kulit kita, terutamanya wanita yang jauh sangat sensitif terhadap kesan pencemaran tersebut. Tanpa perlu berbelanja mahal untuk bahan-bahan kimia penjagaan kulit yang belum tentu terjamin kebaikannya dan mungkin ada kesan jangka panjangnya yang jauh lebih berbahaya, maka pakailah pakaian yang menutup aurat. Ianya lebih selamat dan dijamin oleh ALLAH sejak lama dahulu lagi. Dan ianya terbukti tiada kesan sampingan.

Renungan:

Ingatlah rakan-rakan wanita ku. Jika anda menganggap pakaian ‘haram’ yang anda peragakan itu lebih cantik daripada pakaian yang disarankan oleh ALLAH, maka sebenarnya anda telah cuba menyatakan bahawa pakaian yang disarankan oleh ALLAH itu adalah tidak cantik. Maka, di masa anda menyatakan demikian (ditambah anda mempraktikkannya), maka anda di saat itu sedang melakukan suatu kesyirikan yang tidak kurang besarnya, dan menunjukkan anda sungguh berani kerana perbuatan anda itu sebenarnya menunjukkan anda sedang melawan (memprotes) ALLAH. Na’uzubillah…


Buat Lelaki:

Katakanlah kepada orang laki-laki yang beriman: "Hendaklah mereka menahan pandanganya, dan memelihara kemaluannya; yang demikian itu adalah lebih suci bagi mereka, sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang mereka perbuat." (24:30)

Buat Wanita:

Katakanlah kepada wanita yang beriman: "Hendaklah mereka menahan pandangannya, dan kemaluannya, dan janganlah mereka menampakkan perhiasannya (auratnya), kecuali yang (biasa) nampak dari padanya. Dan hendaklah mereka menutupkan kain kudung kedadanya, dan janganlah menampakkan perhiasannya kecuali kepada mahramnya… (24:31)

Islamic Diet...

Assalamualaikum..,

Ini adalah antara hikmah cara pemakanan Rasullulah SAW. Ustaz Abdullah Mahmood kata, Rasullulah tak pernah sakit perut sepanjang hayatnya kerana pandai jaga pemakanannya.

Apa kata kita ikut diet ini. Tak payahlah susah-susah makan pil untuk kurus, InsyaAllah kalau kita ikut diet Rasullullah ini, gerenti kawan-kawan tak akan sakit perut ataupun keracunan makanan.


1. Jangan makan SUSU + DAGING
2. Jangan makan DAGING + IKAN
3. Jangan makan IKAN + SUSU
4. Jangan makan AYAM + SUSU
5. Jangan makan IKAN + TELUR
6. Jangan makan IKAN + DAUN SALAD
7. Jangan makan SUSU + CUKA
8. Jangan makan BUAH + SUSU CTH :- KOKTEL




1. JANGAN MAKAN BUAH SELEPAS MAKAN NASI, SEBALIKNYA MAKAN BUAH TERLEBIH DAHULU, BARU MAKAN NASI.


2. TIDUR, 1 JAM SELEPAS MAKAN TENGAHARI.


3. JANGAN SESEKALI TINGGAL MAKAN MALAM. SESIAPA YANG TINGGAL MAKAN MALAM, DIA AKAN DI MAKAN USIA DAN KOLESTEROL DALAM BADAN AKAN BERGANDA.


Nampak memanglah pelik.. Tapi, kalau tak percaya...Cuba laa.. Ianya takdelah dalam jangka masa terdekat.. Ianya berkesan bila kita sudah tua nanti.


Dalam kitab juga ada melarang memakan makanan darat bercampur dengan makanan laut. Nabi pernah menegah kita makan ikan bersama susu. Khuatiri akan cepat mendapat penyakit. Ini terbukti oleh saintis yang menjumpai di mana dalam badan ayam mengandungi ion Positif manakala dalam ikan mengandungi ion Negatif, jika dalam suapan ayam bercampur dengan ikan maka terjadi tidakkan balas biokimia yang terhasil yang boleh merosakkan usus kita.


Antara amalan yang perlu kita perbanyakkan adalah seperti :-

-Mandi Pagi sebelum subuh @ sekurang kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari naik. Air sejuk yang meresap ke dalam badan boleh mengurangkan lemak mengumpul. Kita boleh saksikan orang mengamal mandi pagi kebanyakan badan tak gemuk.


-Rasulullah mengamalkan minum segelas air sejuk (bukan air ais) setiap pagi. Mujarabnya InsyaAllah jauh dari penyakit (susah nak kena sakit).

-
Waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit selepas membaca doa). Ia boleh mengelak dari sakit pening atau migrin. Ini terbukti oleh para saintis yang membuat kajian kenapa dalam sehari perlu kita sujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah menemui beberapa milimeter ruang udara dalam saluran darah di kepala yg tidak dipenuhi darah. Dengan bersujud maka darah akan mengalir ke ruang berkenaan.

Nabi juga mengajar kita makan dengan tangan dan bila habis hendaklah menjilat jari. Begitu juga ahli saintis telah menjumpa bahawa enzyme banyak terkandung di celah jari jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda terdapat dalam air liur. (enzyme sejenis alat percerna makanan, tanpanya makanan tidak hadam).
